the nerf on bow is the real deal huh.

They definitely fixed the innates and some miss chance calculation, but I think Blight is right on the money about material bonuses.

If they are multiplicatitive, then rare mats in crafting is not worth the effort

 

Yea base seems close or right. But quick testing when ure rocking anything over 20% in gear.. shows your not hitting it. So as a crit archer and with my passive im at about 31 or 31.5 % total, its pretty blatently obvioous to me something is broken.
And ive been posting about it literally since the release, following every update.. numerous threads are up about it.. and part thats pissing me off the most is lack of recognition of the problem.
And thats ignoring the miss rate on oranges/reds now (which i could care less about honestly)

 

Did @Chris ever post the follow up message that he refers to in the link from Tuesday?

 

If he did i didnt see it. And ive been following very very closely for this issue.

 

Ya they nurfed Avatars using Bows but not the NPC's they still do the same damage
