    1. Title:Elysian Illumination - a little bit too bright
    2. Reproduction Rate: always
    3. Blocker?--
    4. Details:
Doing the spell it is very difficult to follow a (now more dangerous!) enemy.
At day it is ... well - but at night is really ... blind cow ....
Combined with soothing rain seems to see nothing ;)
Serious: it is more difficult to fight an enemy with than without. Casting should not dazzle ourself.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: cast it and see

It was bad before release 36, now its just about completely unbearable! Hopefully this can be toned down.

Thank goodness. The visual effect is so bad that the spell is currently not able to be used, in my opinion. What would be even better is if the spell itself turned into a powerful light source. It is after all in the light tree. Get rid of the yellowy vertical effect and make it a shimmering powerful light going in all directions! That's my suggestion...

    Thanks Chris and team!

@Chris This is not been fixed yet. The brightness, even after the patch you mentioned above which reduced the intensity by 2/3rds, is still too much to see anything on the screen. See my screenshot here: https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/f...mination-still-too-intense.72376/#post-710387

Please make it so that our sight is not adversely hindered when using this spell.

I think what Chris meant is that it WILL BE reduced by 2/3 in the NEXT up-coming patch...

Perhaps Im just confused here, but this already happened. Chris wrote that on Friday. There have been at least 2 patches since he wrote that.

This spell is the worst. I tried using it in Dark Ravenswood. I got swarmed by baddies and couldn't see a thing. Wasted all my time trying
to adjust the camera to see them. Died. If I can't see them, why can they see me?

The worst part about this is that it is in the LIGHT tree. If anything, you should see everything around you better, as if they are all lit up by a searing sun! This spell is currently worthless, and I'll have to wait until it is changed to use it. I'm sure anyone that plays this game in third person view agrees.

How about just putting the animation higher up into the sky above the target? I know its annoying but I liked the concept.
