Mouse Cursor Repositioning (Windowed mode)

    The mouse cursor gets repositioned under a few different circumstances. Two that I can replicate are:
    1. During game start-up, the first splash screen with the green diamond "Play" button always repositions the mouse to the bottom left of the game window, even when I have another window (like a browser, say) on top of it. This is very annoying.

      Details: At the Ardoris boatman in Sequanna Square (and other NPCs that I don't remember) the mouse cursor gets repositioned to the centre of the screen when the view changes from behind the head to dialogue mode. This is very annoying as it happens just as you are moving the cursor down to click on dialogue options.
      Steps to Reproduce: Enter a dialogue with NPC and immediately try to move the cursor down towards the text window
      User Specs: Windowed mode
      OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
      CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12270
      GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series GPU RAM: 1011
      SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.511.Date.11.21.16
      Area: Ardoris
      Area Display Name: Ardoris
      Loc: (50.1, 53.0, -96.2)

    Update 37: The first splash screen no longer does this, but instead it happens at the final loading screen when the scene is loading.

    Reliably seems to happen at the 51% mark. Is this when the cursor switches to the in-game cursor?
