That would be because Chronicles of Elyria fans can vote twice a day too.

Use your phone, disconnected from your home wifi.

[edit] You can try resetting your router too. You might get a new IP.

And then turn your phone data off and on, to get a new IP and do it again and again!

    lol..

Let's just learn from the lessons of UO freeshard vote sites. Paying the owner to trick the vote count is way easier!

Cheating/Exploiting the poll is prob the only way SOTA is going to win that. i bet the votes it has now is prob between less than 50 people and i think im being generous. I personally did not vote sota.

I agree I would rather we won from our own merit as a great game. It is not an accurate poll. I did vote Sota but still this is not the way I would like to see it done. Once this game is done it will have many things to offer the gaming community. My big question is why can we not hire a larger development team and what would it take to do that? Too much is being underdeveloped being quite this frugal and yet what do I know, but just sayin. ;)

Also the Starr argument in the comments with another previous SOTA backer about RGS involvements was pretty petty. I would expect more out of the devs even if the posters comments were off base. Just seems unprofessional IMO.

I don't see it that way at all. I'm glad he jumped in over what was blatant BS. Nor do I see it as unprofessional! If someone is spreading BS about my company I'm going to speak up, not cower in the corner. *shrugs*

@Sean Silverfoot , i think its ok to call the BS, but if you read through the comments its just bantering and the very definition of unprofessional. Im sure at starrs level in the company he can get away with it, but most companies would most def reprimand their employees for arguing like that in a public forums. Its bad form, and tacky. **Shrugs**

Simply setting the record straight in a tactiful and professional manner would have sufficed just fine.

LOL! I was kinda surprise and had a good LOL moment when I read the comment. If one person thought of it... I'm sure there are like thousands of others who thought of it as well but I guess CoE fans are an exception. I'm still laughing to myself as I'm writing this. Thank you for the good chuckle. ^_^

Warframe fans probably get way a head of everyone else with 8k votes.

Man... I wish I owned the site.. Just think about how much money they're collecting from advertisements right now with all the traffics.

Guys, it does not matter if this is "fair" or not. Noone gets any money prizes out of this; it just means that SotA will get more publicity, and it deserves it. The game we're competing with isn't CLOSE to being as complete as SotA. It could be vaporware for all we know. If you care about SotA's population, VOTE!
