[Known]Elevator in Serpents Spine mine does not work

Title: Elevator in Serpent spins mine does not work.
Reproduction Rate: Cannot get the elevator to work
Blocker? Yes
Detailsouble click the switch on left and elevator never appears.
Steps to Reproduce:
User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 16285
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti GPU RAM: 6103
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.472.Date.03.21.17

Title: Serpent Spine mines - at mine entrance, the levers at the top and the bottom of the elevator do not work (elevator level 1)
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? No
Details: When you try to switch the levers at the top or the bottom of the elevator, the lever goes down and then immediately flips back up, and the elevator does not move.

If this is elevator number 3, I also had the same issue
OS: Linux (Mint 18.1) 64 bit

 

Note: the elevator levers (top and bottom) and the elevators in the following locations work fine for me.

Location #1 (22.2, 21.6, 14.5) - level 2 elevator
Location #2 (2.7, -42.5, 7.4) - level 3 elevator
Location #3: (22.7, -65.2, -3.1) - level 4 elevator

Yea same issue

 

In the meantime, you can safely get down from the main entrance (broken elevator) by jumping onto the steel girder frame of the elevator shaft.

I jumped to the one on the front left edge and was able to land on it. From there, you can just hit "S" and "W" repeatedly to scale the beams all the way to the bottom. Doing it this way makes small jumps/drops and won't kill you.
