    1. Title: Dash cast time
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: Dash skill now has a 5 second execution time.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: click dash skill on a locked glyph
    6. User Specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00 GHZ
    16.0 GB RAM
    NVIDIA GeFore GTX 960

    Yep, was just coming to report this too. Mine was about 5.5 second cast though... and not only does it have a long cast time, it also stops you in place (prevents movement during cast timer).

    My Dash skill is at 82 if that helps track this down.

    Also, the animation it uses seems to be that of a teleport scroll.

    Confirmed on Mac OSX also. Ran in place for 7 seconds before I could start running.
