    Title: QA SotA Not Launching After Patch

    Reproduction Rate: ?%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) Yes

    Details: After patching from 509 -> 510, Launch Game returns with “Sorry, can’t find game to launch”. After that, looking at the C:\Program Files (x86)\Portalarium\Shroud of the Avatar(QA) directory, the file “Shroud of the Avatar” (Application) is not present. Checking my other install, I’m guessing it probably should be.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Start “Shroud of the Avatar – Launch” or desktop icon for it

    b. Allow to patch 509 -> 510

    c. Press “Launch”

    d. Observe message “Sorry, can’t find game to launch”.

    e. Press “Force Launch”

    f. Observe it does nothing.

    Other comments: Just gunna download and reinstall from scratch…

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 509.

    I got this same error, is it in your antivirus quarantine folder?
    Curious if we have the same issue.

    Hmm, ya know what-- this could very well be the issue. I see it in my Quarantine chest but already uninstalled. :( Well, I'll see in a few minutes if this is the issue.

    Does the antivirus indicate what type of virus specifically the QA .exe is reported as?

    Yes indeed. It reports it as DS#EvoGen||algo;
    Application: Avast Anti-Virus

    Thanks! Looks like this is an issue on Avast's side in how it detects code in Unity. We assure you there's no virus in our code. Some other games appear to have had this happen to them as well. :)

    I have two, and they identified two different ways in it.
    Win64:MdeClass
    and
    DS#EvoGen||algo;

    So it's safe to whitelist? I wanted to confirm before I restore it.
