    Title: Devotional buffs and obsidian potions removed on scene change

    NOTE: This also happens with regular potion effects like Wolf Speed potion.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details:
    The obsidian potion effects and devotional buffs are removed when changing scenes

    Steps to Reproduce:
    * Drink obsidian potion in town
    * Get devotional buffs in town
    * Leave town

    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 LinuxMint 18 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 24021
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1080/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192

    Tied to known issues. The task I have created is to investigate the disappearance of All buffs between scene changes.
