[Known] No key to get in Boreaus Colossus

    The gate to open past the Truth Devotional now has a lock on it.

    I talk to the NPC in front of the devotional and no conversation options allow me a key to get in.

    I have the quest to get the lens from the Colossus.

    It's not a bug. The NPC will give you the key. He tells you how, very plainly.
