Title: No Craft Vendor NPCs in Owl's Head Craft Vendor Building

Details: Arrived at the Owl's Head vendor building at nighttime in the game and the three NPC vendors were not inside as usual. I remained in the building over one earth hour / one day in the game and they did not arrive.

I also logged out an logged back in and the vendors did not arrive.

During the day, @Vladamir Begemot arrived and confirmed that he was not seeing the vendors as well.

P.S. Even during the day, the inside of this building is very, very dark. I have my light spell on and graphics settings cranked up and it is very dark.

• Recipes Locations: We have adjusted the locations of where many recipes can be found so that not all recipes are on all merchants. Recipes are now distributed through crafting merchants, decorations merchants and loot drops. The biggest changes are that the global recipe merchants have been removed from the game, recipe inventories differ per region for some merchants, and larger cities house more skilled craftsmen that sell more recipes. This means for example that decoration recipes are now only sold on decorations merchants and there is no decoration merchant in the Grunvald region. In addition equipment, consumables and simple component recipes are now sold exclusively on crafting merchants. It also means that market stall shopkeepers no longer sell recipes.

I knew that the recipes would change but I did not expect vendors to be removed. Does this mean these vendors were global vendors? There is still a crafting sign outside of the building.

As noted, the vendors have been dispersed throughout the lands now. But you are correct that perhaps that crafting sign outside the building should be removed! (I've passed that along.)

Thanks, you may want to note that this is happening now in several towns, not just Owl's Head. When I was first looking right after the release I came across several buildings with the crafting signs that were now empty. (And did not have crafting tables.)

Yes, just so there is no confusion - these NPCs were intentionally removed as part of that patch note change.
(Please don't throw stuff at me!)
