@Jens_T The pics are awesome, thank you. But I do have a question that I hope could help with the context.
While not in a combat scene I'm very curious if you did some healing (or got some heals) either in this scene or the scene before this one.
I ask because I'm wondering if this is the issue where healing could LOOK like it was actually dealing damage in the combat log. That seems to be the cause of this (sometimes) and should have been fixed very recently. Unless we broke it again already :/

If you see this again can you check the combat lot for any heals that look like 'damage?'
Thank you so much. Great bug reporting :D

    Hi Lexie
checked the log files - no heal in Etceter - no "heal" damage. I had entered the city through a siege and took minor damage from an Ebon Cult Archer, but that was about 10 minutes earlier and had healed through normal regeneration.
If it helps I can send the log file.

Hold on to the log file please. We may need it, but right I'm more concerned with repro steps. I'll need those for our dev team if someone manages to find some.
I'll be keeping an eye on this thread....

if it helps I had the same at the telethon I teleported to resolute and saw 3 -4 people with < 100% health that stayed that way for ages there may have been some dev foolery going on in terms of random weird mobs and so on but the health thing seemed to be random as I had two toons there they saw different people with different values

We believe we've identified a reproducible case for this issue, and are working on a solution.
