[Known] Salvaging: Potion of Reclamation not effective.

    1. Title: Potion of Reclamation don't effect on salvaging.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: not
    4. Details: I did 4 experiments, so just describe them.

    - Location, where I salvage items: Luna City
    - The set of salvaging items in each experiment:
    233 lesser staff + 299 lesser wand + 111 shoddy longbow.
    All these items obtained in one location - Elysium Mines.
    - Result of Salvaging in each experiment:
    1. 90 lvl carpentry salvaging: 3476 wood scraps.
    2. 90 lvl carpentry salvaging + Potion of Reclamation: 3379 wood scraps.
    3. 95 lvl carpentry salvaging: 3569 wood scraps.
    4. 96 lvl carpentry salvaging + Potion of Reclamation: 3362 wood scraps.
    So, the results speak for themselves.
    If this, suddenly, is not a bug, is it possible to get an explanation of the salvaging work?

    6. User Specs: don't matter.

    This might boil down to a random number generator but I've submitted a bug to take a closer look
