    Here is a VERY early VERY rough draft of the Release 46 Instructions Post. As always this thread is for editing the post itself, clarifying the contents, etc. It is NOT about debating game features, decisions, etc. Please start other threads for that.

    Also as usual the links to instructions and known issues are pointing to R45 so I don't need to be told that. :)

    I also don't need to be reminded about blank areas or places that say <insert more here>. I got those. :)

    Also please DO NOT give feedback on the ORIGINAL text that I cut and paste from the Quarterly Schedule Post. As a rule we never edit the original text. We only put new text afterwards in italics. That way we make sure everyone knows we aren't hiding anything, especially if something is delayed. ;)

    Typo: Need Monastery instead of Monetary:

    Highvale Outskirts: During the Spring Telethon 2017, we announced the game will include three new "Outskirts" maps to help improve the New User Experience. Solace Bridge Outskirts (on the Path of Love) and Blood River Outskirts (on the Path of Truth), already in the game, are now joined by the final Outskirts map: Highvale Outskirts, on the Path of Courage. After finishing a starter scene, new players will be sent to the nearest Outskirts map. Bigger in scope and with more adventuring and service opportunities than most other scenes, new players will be able to base themselves in a single Outskirts scene for their first couple of hours of gameplay without needing to also go through multiple loading screens. When their home was overrun by Obsidian Elves, Highvale Village survivors fled toward the safety of Resolute. When they reached an abandoned monastery high in the nearby mountains, their escape became blocked on one side by violent Elves sweeping the area for more humans to slaughter and on the other side by Kobolds fiercely defending their mining camp. Players entering the Highvale Outskirts will assist the soldiers in the monetary while pursuing numerous quests and side quests. The monastery includes crafting stations, merchants, and trainers. Elsewhere can be found Obsidian elf camps, a hunter's cabin on an alpine lake, an abandoned farm, and other captivating landmarks. Note that this is only the first pass on this scene and it will be getting another major iteration in Release 47.

    Player Housing: Tools for Player Owned Town Owners will come online to assist with building and maintaining their towns includings a lawn mower. Updates to Dynamic Player-Owned Towns that have locked submission forms will appear in the game.

    Character: At least one new creature will appear in the game as well as several new weapons.
    Reaper: This powerful ancient tree creature is the living embodiment of the forest and will devastate anyone who dares to exploit the resources of nature. When at rest they appear just as a normal tree but when aroused the will attack with a variety of powerful attacks including a swarm of roots that captures everyone around the Reaper who is standing still, vicious swipes of his branch claws, tearing bites with his amber teeth, and a blinding spray of leaves that makes it hard to hit anything. For Release 46 these powerful beings can only be found in a few maps but we will expand their locations over the next few releases.

    "facilitate" ... And you should likely finish the sentence with something like "numbering inn rooms." Also, just adding a bunch of ones isn't really going to help a heck of a lot. Please see this proposal for a more thorough analysis of the need and workable solution.
    What are the tools other than the Lawn Mower (Thank you very much for that, by the way)? I suspect the answer is the items enumerated beneath the entry, such as the Inns, Prisons, Pillories, etcetera, however that is very unclear and when I read it my first question was "What are the Other tools in addition to the Lawn Mower?"

    This does not work. I can't drag any seeds to the non-combat hotbar.

    Did this forget to be crossed out or should I start the quest for the seller of such knowledge?

    I hope that's the case for POT tools as well.

    However, not having new features in builds reduces the time we have to test and could lead to erroneous bug reports.

    Usually they check most stuff in for the weekend test. So the build we get on friday is usually the one where you see most things checked in.

    During earlier discussions it was said that tool bonuses would be applied to the agriculture effects.
    But I can't see any mention of that in the text nor mention of an update to existing 'hoes'. Since that is bound to stir up some questions you might want add something short on that. Like "Tool effects on agriculture coming in a later release." or something to that effect.

    Since the Wetlands entry had some ambiguity you might want to add that here as well.
