[Known] Can't learn Water Plants

    Title: Can't learn Water Plants
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?Yes
    Details:I'm at the crafting trainer in Kiln, Harvest Plants is visible but not learnable. (It's also got a fishing icon.)
    Steps to Reproduce:Talk to a crafting trainer to learn Harvest Plants.

    The new agriculture system isn't on QA yet. It may be part of Friday's builds, but it could be Monday before it makes it way into the QA client.

    Yes, this one seems to be coming in stages, but not fully implemented yet.

    As of QA build 554, we have the skill on our skills list, but no trainers train it yet. We can also drag the seeds to the utility bar now, but cannot plant with that yet. I'm guessing once we are able to train the skill, we will be able to use that new feature.

    Looking forward to testing this one!
