What to do with the arm?

    Yesterday, I checked out Highvale Outskirts. After killing some bogman, I got his arm and a journal entry to find a master woodworker to fashion it into a weapon. I went all over that scene literally for hours and couldn't find a "master woodworker". Anyone know where this NPC is?

    lol can't believe I am the one to find him. If you talk to the npc stuff seller about it he will tell you that a master woodworker /hermit lives in a tent on the hill behind the elf encampment but its sooooo dangerous that he wouldn't go there
