Title: Clicking "Plant" or "Water" immediately triggers action

Details: Clicking the button on the task bar immediately fires the skill, making it be right around the players feet instead of an aimable circle.
Steps to Reproduce: Compare clicking the icon vs. using the hotkey, where you get a circle you can aim, then you click to fire.

I think this is fixed in build 574 as I could not repro.
(I assume the 'plant' click you are speaking of is the seed itself on the hot bar?)

This appears to be totally fixed, haven't had it happen once, and it was happening repeatedly yesterday.
