Title:Evaporate does nothing
Reproduction Rate: 5/5 100%

Details: Using the combo Evaporate doesnt lower fire resistance
Steps to Reproduce:

1. cast fire skill on a target
2. combo evaporate and cast on target
3. notice it doesnt change damage

notes: juxtapose at 70, douse at 100

Did some further testing, and it seems that Evaporate actually works but the tool-tips of the Damage over time debuffs dont show the changes when evaporate is used.

 

Thank you for the clarification. Looks like we have a fix in the works already. Let us know how it goes after the next release.
