[Responded] Rend in Blades gets applied, even when Dodged

    The DOT gets applied even though the attack has missed or was dodged.

    I might be totally wrong but what you dodge is the impact damage not the dot.

    This is correct. The DoT ticks of rend can be dodged/parried/glancing blow'd but the application of the DoT itself always happens.

    Shouldn't that be dodged to? A wound that never got applied causes bleeding? Doesn't make sense in my book :)

    Well it is in the middle. There are many skills rely on this mechanism. They need to tweak all the similar skills.
