    Where can I go meet this ZKrikkk Zezla so I can learn his weather science so I can build my own weather machine for my POT?

    Climate change has affected The Bay of Storms which is now the Bay of Occasional rain showers.

    i don't recall them saying the functionality would be delayed, so it should have worked from the start. sounds like it's bugged.

    It does change the weather but it can only change it from current weather to the next weather type in sequence. So if it's cloudy it can make it rainy or if it's rainy it can make it cloudy. It can't make it suddenly clear if it's rainy or rainy if it's clear.
