POLL: What telethon reward(s) types would you like to see more?

One poll to rule them all, and in the darkness, bind them.

Some of these overlap conceptually, which is why one can choose multiple. I apologize if things are missing, or others could be diversified. I ran out of slots and had to go back and generalize some.

I left some items off, like rings/necklaces, because they're not visible, they'd have to be non-cosmetic.

 

I wouldn't have thought pets would get so high. I thought we had more than we knew what to do with.

 

As long as reward pets don't remove possible tameable types in the game I'm okay with it. Its good that when they gave us a red squirrel reward, they also added other squirrels to the game. So, I'd still like to see birds in the wild like owls, crows, eagles. They'd be a source for feathers. In addition to whatever ones we see in the game, some new special owl pets for players would also be welcomed.

I didn't select that, even though under those circumstances I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I did select Indoor Decoration - Tabletop (chess sets, mini statues, etc). Personally, I think a lot of the things on the list of poll options should be available to everyone and not limited to rewards, or even add-on. However, when I think of 'rares' I think of collectibles. One thing I'd like to see them do is to continue with the stained glass sets until we get one for every school of magic at least (water, fire, earth, air, sun, moon, etc...)

 

I loved pets, and have suggested them in the past. For the simple reason that any new model sees reuse throughout the game. There is a severe lack of creature diversity.

 

Everyone uses armor, I would say armor patterns. I picked wand as well for myself, the twigs are kinda lame .

 

Cats, lots and lots of cats.

I'd say that merchant+crafting objects are lacking in the game.

 

Heavy armor patterns for plate and chain are severely lacking -
At the moment for platemail you've got clockwork or pledge stuff as options, and for chainmail you've got elven or pledge stuff; compared to the plethora of leather/cloth available.
Pretty plate/chain for female avatars!
Also anything cat related. Meow.

I like decorations of any size. Large format and small format. I also like the themed weapons/armor sets... and the cloaks, and the pets... and those deco kits sound nice.... can I have more than 7 votes?

 

Where is the "select all" option?

 

This poll may be fun, but has severe polling science flaws and is probably not useful for market research to get more people involved in telethons. I started to write-up the issues, but it's probably best just to leave it at that. If you're interested, just google some polling science info and look for issues like sample size, sample division, statistical significance, sample bias, and external validity.

 

for the poll:
i like armor and wepaons for each profession (I am a ranger so bows have top priority )

about the poll:
- you should have made them as weapon and armor ( patterns ) not all seperate - because now you get diversity because of playstyle
- patterns have the drawback that you have to have items on which to apply them (a user with not much time but the 5 bucks to do the telethon would need to get his/her hands on something to apply it first...) so no instant use

so better to have an item which drops the eternal pattern if salvaged and maybe some resources ...

 

The Telethon Reward that I've recommended several times is a nice bright yellow rain slicker and hat... and perhaps boots.

It rains a LOT in Novia, and it'd be nice to have appropriate rain gear.

 

I'd LOVE to see this kind of enthusiastic response to gameplay/story suggestion threads, especially the ones by Darkmoon.
