Reproduction rate : 100% (since the swimming bug animation fix)
    Blocker ? Maybe
    Details :
I was used to charge my attack and use a skill simultaneously. I think that it's yet possible to use skills simultaneously with auto-attacks (but if it's not the case, it's not a big problem as you lose only a small attack) but not with charged attacks anymore (and it's a problem as you will lose all your charge).
Steps to reproduce : Charge your attack, use a skill, trigger your charged attack. The skill is interrupting the charge.

That is by design . Release the charged attack first, then use the skill.

is it also by design that after releasing a charged attack i have to wait to press the charge button again (if i press it instantly after release, it does not charge again and on release does a normal attack)?

it is by design, there is a global cooldown of Roughly 1 second, Maybe slightly less.

Just Tested it, there is a global cooldown of 1 second If you hold the charge attack down, it takes a second to start Charging.
