Zone: House on the Hill (inside Harvest)
Spoiler: Solution to opening the Clock Gate

There is a child in Harvest who dares you to go the House on the Hill at night, and to stay there until the witch is gone.
When you enter the House on the Hill at night, you immediately hear a clock ticking. This ticking sound is a hint that the solution to the puzzle involves the clocks.

In order to complete the "dare" quest, you must kill the witch in the house. To get to the witch, you must pass through the clock gate (shown below):

To open the gate you must set 6 wall clocks to midnight. These 6 wall clocks are all located somewhere in the house and they all have a similar appearance (shown below).

To set the clock to midnight, simply click on the clock. The order in which you set the 6 clocks does not matter.

The 6 clocks are located in the following rooms:
    1) Ghost room - as you go down the first flight of stairs, this room is to your right.
    2) Zombie room
    3) Spider room
    4) Clocks room - there are 2 wall clocks in here that can be set to midnight.
    5) Bedroom with Chess Board

Once you click on all 6 clocks, the clock gate opens, and you can face the witch.
When you kill the witch, the ticking sound stops.

Spoiler: Secret Passages Behind Some Bookcases

Behind the bookcase, there is usually a frame on the wall that hints at a doorway behind the bookcase (see red arrows).

So far I have seen 3 types of book cases with secret passages behind them.
    1. Bookcases that are opened by clicking on one of the books in the bookcases.
    2. Bookcases that are opened by clicking on a lever inside the bookcase.
    3. Bookcases that are opened by clicking on an object near the bookcase (such as a torch).

Bookcases that are opened by clicking on one of the books in the bookcase
If you look closely at the bookcase, you will see that one of the books has a lever attached to it (see blue arrows). Red arrows show the frame on the wall that hints at a doorway behind the bookcase.

Hover your mouse over the book, and you will see that the book title is "A Passage Within". Click on the book, and the bookcase will slide sideways to reveal the secret passage.

Bookcases that are opened by clicking on a lever inside the bookcase.
If you look closely at the bookcase, you will see that one of the shelves has a lever (see blue arrow below). Click on the lever, and the bookcase will slide sideways to reveal the secret passage.

Bookcases that are opened by clicking on an object near the bookcase (such as a torch)
Notice that the torch next to the bookcase is tilted. Tilted torches usually indicate that the torch is a switch to open or activate something (this is true anywhere in-game, so if you see a tilted torch, click on it!). When you click the torch, the torch rotates so that it is no longer tilted and the bookcase swings open to reveal the secret passage.

    Before clicking on the torch:

    After clicking on the torch:

You can find examples of these bookcases in the following locations:
    • Aerie: in the Magic Shop near Castle Aerie (on the second floor) - leads to a hidden lab.
    • Ardoris: in Zangoff's "Arms and Armor" shop (on the third floor) - leads to part of a mini-quest.
    • Brittany Wharfs: in the Magic Shop (on the second floor) - leads to a hidden lab.

    • Brittany Wharfs: in the Rusty Satyr Inn, on the second floor - leads to a hidden lab.
    • Broochash: in the Magic Shop (on the second floor) - leads to a hidden lab.
    • Central Brittany: in Brittany Castle on the 5th floor (same floor as the library) - leads to a point of interest called "Private Lab".
    • Central Brittany: in the Magic Shop near the docks (on the second floor) - leads to a hidden lab.
    • Etceter - in the magic shop (on the second floor) - leads to a secret lab.
    • Kas Ruins (PVP): in the Ruined Paladin Fort on top of the hill (on the first floor) - leads to Kas Vault.
    • Valhold: inside Valhold Palace - leads to a store room.

There are probably more out there...so examine those bookcases!

@Spoon found some of these bookcases a long time ago and posted his findings here.

    Spoiler: Solving the Spindle Puzzle

As you progress through Brittany Sewers, you will encounter the spindle room:

When you initially enter the Spindle room, you will notice 3 things that are critical to the puzzle:
    a. 4 statutes
    b. 3 vertical spindles
    c. An exit with flames coming out of the floor (which leads to a locked gate)

    The Statues
There are 3 upright statues: Flames arise from the recesses in the wall behind the 3 upright statutes.

There is one fallen statue: There are no flames in the wall near this statue.

    The Spindles
There is a tilted spindle, a loose spindle, and a locked spindle. On the floor around each spindle, there are 4 buttons which can each be positioned either up or down.

For the tilted spindle and the loose spindle, the button in the "up"position corresponds to the statue that the spindles will control. For the locked spindle, the "up" buttons indicate which statues still have flames next to them, and the "down" buttons indicate which statues do not have flames next to them. You do not need to press any of the buttons to solve the puzzle: the buttons will shift up or down automatically as you progress through the puzzle.
The Flaming Hallway and Locked Gate
There is an exit from the room with flames shooting through the floor, which leads to a locked gate. The goal of the spindle puzzle is to open this gate.

    The Solution
The flames in the floor are a hint that the puzzle involves the flames next to the statues.

Each time you click on (rotate) the tilted spindle, it will raise a different button around itself and will raise the corresponding button around the loose spindle.
The "up" button on the loose spindle corresponds to the statue that the loose spindle will control (for example, if the button Northeast of the loose spindle is "up", then the loose spindle will control the statue in the Northeast corner of the room).

When the spindles are in the state shown above, clicking the loose spindle will spin the Northeast statue to face the wall, which extinguishes the flames in that section of the wall (see below).

So, click on the tilted spindle to raise a button around the loose spindle, then click on the loose spindle to spin the statue that corresponds to the raised button, which will extinguish the flames next to the statue. Do this same process for each of the upright statues (nothing has to be done with the fallen statue, since its flames are already extinguished).

When you first enter the room, the buttons around the locked spindle have the following pattern: buttons corresponding to the 3 statues with flames are "up" and the button corresponding to the statue without flames is "down". So, the buttons around the locked spindle indicate which statues still have flames (button is up) and which statues do not have flames (button is down). As you extinguish the flames next to each statue, the locked spindle's button that corresponds to that statue with go "down".

When the flames around all 4 statues have been extinguished, the 4 buttons around the locked spindle with be down, and the locked spindle will unlock. Click on the unlocked spindle, and the flames in the exit will disappear and the locked gate will open.

    ▪ Getting to the top of the mesas
    ▪ Opening the Temple of the Inferno
    ▪ Solution to the button puzzle inside the temple

There is no way to get to the top of the mesa using the usual jump technique (even if you have a Ring of Frogkin or Ring of Cuttlekin equipped).
To get up onto the mesas, you need an enormous boost to your jump.

Stand on the the rock that is just below the wooden platform and near the West exit.

A different view of where to stand on the rock:

Wait for the tornado to arrive. When you are inside the tornado, jump into the air. Once you are in the air, move forward so you land on the platform.
Jumping into the tornado gives your jump a major boost:
    ..
    .

The Temple of the Inferno entrance is a door with some plaques on it.

If you hover your mouse over the door, you will see that each of the 3 plaques has a clue on it. In order from top to bottom, the clues on the door are:
    ▪ Only the Mother of Ash may enter.
    ▪ Accompanied by that which feeds her.
    ▪ And that which quenches her thirst.

These clues tell you the monoliths that need to be activated to open the door:

    ▪ Only the Mother of Ash may enter - Fire creates ash (so its the "mother" of ash).
    ▪ Accompanied by that which feeds her - Air (oxygen) feeds a fire.
    ▪ And that which quenches her thirst - Water quenches thirst.
So, activate the following monoliths: Fire, Air, Water (the order does not matter).
    ▪ Fire (location: -14.0, 45.0, -258.8) - located on in the lava field.
    ▪ Air (location: -243.7, 64.3, 30.1) - located on top of one of the mesas (to reach the mesa, use the tornado jump described above).
    ▪ Water (location: 80.7, 26.8, 271.1) - located on a small island in the lake.
To activate a monolith, double-click on it and it will remain glowing.
Once you have clicked these 3 monoliths, the door to the Temple will open.

    Example of activated Fire monolith:

    .

After you enter the Temple of the Inferno, you encounter a gate.

The gate can be opened by flipping the lever (see red arrow) in the alcove with the chest that is next too the gate.

Once you pass through the gate, run up the path to the building. After you enter the building, you will encounter a locked gate that has a button next to it. Notice that the button has a lamp near it (all of the buttons in this building have a light source nearby, which makes the buttons easier to find). Click on the button and the gait will open.

Next you will cross a stone bridge (we'll call this bridge #1) that has a button on it (green arrow; we'll call this button on bridge #1). At this point, there is no need to press the button on Bridge #1. Bridge # 1 leads to an open gate.

Go through the open gate and into the next room. Now you will see a locked gate with a button on one side of the room.

Press the button on the far side of the room, and the gate will open.
Next you will cross another stone bridge (we'll call this bridge #2) that has a button on it (green arrow; we'll call this button on bridge #2). Bridge # 2 leads to a locked gate. To open the locked gate on bridge #2, run back to bridge #1, and click on the button on bridge #1. This will open the gate on bridge #2.

As far as I can tell, the button on bridge #2 and the button in the final room have no function (although I suspect they may help open gates that have closed after you pass through them, but the gates did not close during the time I was exploring there). Once you pass through the last gate, continue through the building to find the treasure chest.

    Spoiler: Opening the Woodsman's Chest

Inside the Woodsman's house, you will see a picture hanging on the wall (if you hover your mouse of the picture, you will see the picture is titled "Daisy") and you will see a locked chest.

The key to the chest is inside the Witch's Home (the tree house in the Northeast portion of the zone).

On the first floor of the Witch's home, look behind the picture that is above the fireplace (see red arrow):
    Close-up view:

To unlock the chest you have to click on the keyhole (and nowhere else on the chest). Once the chest is unlocked, you can click anywhere on the chest to open it.
Unfortunately, the chest does not contain valuable treasure. It contains a love letter from Daisy to the Woodsman (Sigmund).

Solving the treasure map and pedestal puzzle, & getting the Banner of Honesty

Near the middle of the zone, there are 3 pedestals rising out of a small lake. On the compass, this is a point of interest called "Strange Pedestals" (Location 76.7, 56.0, 76.8)

In the house at the Bandit Hideout (Location -147.9, 59.9, 493.9), there is a treasure map on the wall. There is also a note next to the map and a note on the nearby table, which both hint at what the treasure map leads to (a banner).

The map shows 3 locations in East Longfall Wetlands that are marked with an "X", indicating that something important is at each of those locations.

"X" near the rowboat (location -108.8, 54.7, 280.3) - swim into the deep water and look under the water. You will see a skeleton's hand holding the "two handed sword keystone" - grab the sword.

"X" near the 3 tall tree trunks (Location -2.4, 56.0, -58.0) - look between the roots of one of the trunks to find the "sword keystone".

"X" near the broken tree (location 126.4, 56.1, 204.7) - look under the broken tree to find the "short sword keystone"

Now, take these swords to the strange pedestals and place the appropriate sword on each pedestal. The swords emit sparks as they sink into the pedestals, and then a crypt will rise from the water:

Inside the crypt is a letter, a skeleton (which you can loot), and a treasure chest.

    The note says:

The Banner of Honesty is in the treasure chest. Ironic how the Banner of Honesty was being hidden by liars!

Finding the location of the Orbs to solve the tower puzzle.

First, sorry about not being as good at this as Rinaldi. I forgot to take screenshots at times.

There is a mystery to solve in the ruined tower at the centre of North Shattered Hills. If you ascend it you will find 4 places to put orbs. To get there first, use the vines at the top of the ruined stairs (As below):

Then you will see the devices you need to insert the orbs into (Again, sorry but I forgot the initial screenshot). This is how it looks with all orbs:

To get the Orb of air, head to the very top of the tower (take the ladder shown above). You should see it floating above:

The next orb, the earth one, can be found at the very bottom of the tower, go back outside to the ground level and just near the door there are poisonous gases being excreted from plants. Near there take the path down and turn left (Shown below), where you will come across a large brown spider and a green orb (The earth Orb):

Next, head to the ruined village near the north-west exit. There you will see a well in the middle of the town which is where the water orb lies:

Last one is the fire orb, which is located at the bear cave n/ne of the ruined village. You will see the fire orb hovering above the ground (The red dot above my left shoulder):

To get to it, light the fire in front of the bear cave and it will float down:

Now you have all the orbs, take on the surprise monster (It was read for me @ adv level 52, however I still managed to kill it)

Once done, you will get a key. Go down again to the basement this time and you will see a room to the right as you go down. The chest to open with the key can be found there:

There is a tomb in the flooded town in the south-west part of the map. Here it is:

You can enter it via the rubble in the right hand side of the building

In the middle of the building you will find a hint as to what you need to do written on the doors of the tomb

Above the tomb you will notice two statues, one either side of it.

You can rotate them by double-clicking them. Rotate them both until they are facing southwards, which is the direction of the ocean for this zone (as per below screenshot). Once done, the tomb will open.

Getting to the top of the bell tower on the high hanging rock

You will notice that there is a large temple to the south part of the map (Near the forest area). You can get to the top of this by climbing the stairs from the base and following them to the top (Apologies I don't seem to have a screenshot of this, but it should be straight forward). Once you are at the top you will see a ghost who will drop 5 x offerings when defeated. You will need to place them in 5 different offering bowls.

This one is to the east of the temple, just below the horse head:

The second one is just to the left of the one above, in the same rock cropping:

This third one is just to the north (I think?) near the edge of the ravine (Not far from the temple/first 2 bowls):

The fourth one you can see from the above screenshot is just to the left of the third one:

The fifth one is back past the first 2 and the temple. You will see a horse-shape in the mountains to the south:

Right at the base of that you will see another horse shape and an offering bowl:

Once done, you will hear the sound of bells chiming in the distance. Go back to the bell tower and you will see a gateway at the base, where you can teleport to the top and get a chest:

Getting the skulls for the summoning ritual

In the Brimstone quarry there is a Ebon Cult base. Towards the end of it there is a summoning circle with a number of spots for skulls (The circles on the end of the star points):

The first one can be gotten from the right of the circle (Up the ladder). Kill the cultists and a skeleton will appear in the circle:

The next 2 can be found to the left of the summoning circle. Again, kill the surrounding cultists to get the skeletons to summon in the circle:

The last 2 can be found back from the platform with the summoning circle (Head west). Again, kill the cultists to get the skeletons to appear:

Once you have the last skull, head back to the circle and place the skulls in the circles for the skeleton boss to appear (complete with loot :) ):

Zone: South Midmaer Way & Lamech's Bazaar
Spoiler: How to open the Tomb of the Child King

Lamech's Bazaar is a clone of South Midmaer Way, so the puzzle and its solution are the same in both zones.

For a map of the relevant locations & items, and for the different blessings, see the "Brief Solution" below.

The entrance to the Tomb of the Child King (location -197, 97, -64) is a door in the mouth of a stone lion head (see green arrow in pic below)

In front of the tomb entrance is a stone with clues on it (which I will call the clue-stone; see red arrow in pic below)

A closer look at the door reveals 3 sets of stones inlaid in the door. Each set contains a ruby (red), an emerald (green), and a sapphire (blue).

If you hover your mouse over the plaques on the clue-stone, you will see the following information:

In order to open the door to the tomb, you first need to find 3 special weapons:
    1. Ruby-set spear - this is located on the lower deck of the Plundered Airship (Location 247,127,273). See the red arrow below (you can see the ruby on the spear).
    2. Sapphire-set sword - this is located in a cave that is inside the Infested Tomb (Location 276,73,-468). Suspended in one of the spider webs you will see a sword with a sapphire in the hilt.
    3. Emerald-set Axe - to obtain this item, you either need to buy it from a faun in the Bazaar (location -52, 73, -45). The name of the faun is "Fleck" in South Midmaer Way and "Dozer" in Lamech's Bazaar. Or you can kill the faun and he will drop the emerald-set axe as loot.

Once you have the weapons shown above, you need to activate the appropriate gem on each of the three regent tombs. Note: after you activate the gem in each tomb, you can pick up the gem-set weapons band put them back in your inventory (after they are placed in the mechanism, and after they shift back and forth, you can pick them up again).
    1. Forbidden Tomb (Location -287,129, 119) - The plaque on this tomb reads "Ankurt the Prestigious". The clue-stone stated "Ankurt's reach extends beyond that of his spear." This clue indicates that the ruby-set spear keystone should be used in the Forbidden Tomb: click the red ruby on the tomb, the spear will shift the mechanism, and then the ruby will glow.
      .
    2. Plundered Tomb (Location 190,137,212; near the Plunderer Airship) - The plaque on this tomb reads "Donathai the Wealthy". The clue-stone mentions 3 regents: Ankurt, Salir, and (illegible). Since Donathai's name was missing from the clue-stone, he must have been the illegible name. The clue for the illegible name was "(illegible)...worth lies not in his sapphires." This clue indicates that the sapphire-set sword keystone should be used in the Plundered Tomb: click the blue sapphire on the tomb, the sword will shift the mechanism, and then the sapphire will glow.
      .
    3. Infested Tomb (Location 218, 83, -374) - The plaque on this tomb reads "(illegible)". Since the other tombs belonged to Donathai and Ankurt, this tomb must belong to Salir. The clue-stone stated "Salir's strength is drawn from her...(illegible)". The only remaining special weapon is the emerald-set axe, which should be used in this tomb: click the green emerald on the tomb, the axe will shift the mechanism, and then the emerald will glow.

Once you have activated the appropriate gem on each regent tomb, all of the stone lanterns around the bazaar will glow with a blue flame (indicating the tomb has been unlocked). Go to the entrance to the Tomb of the Child King. You will see that one of each type of gem is glowing on the door (the glowing gems on the door correspond to the glowing gems on the regent tombs). Click the door, and the door will open.

Inside the Tomb you will have to battle some creatures. In the middle of the room is a stone sarcophagus (click on it to get your loot!). Also, next to the sarcophagus is the aura where you get the Blessing. This blessing lasts 3 days. The blessings are as follows (thanks @Rook Strife for some of the blessing info).

Spoiler: How to open the treasure vault in Castle Irvine

Castle Irvine is noticeable in the map; It is the large castle to the right on the hill
    [IMG]

The treasure room is locked up the top of the castle behind a switch puzzle which you not only need to know the correct 6 virtues to select, but you need to select them in the right order:

First clue you see here is the book which the previous lord (Lord Gordan) was holding when he died
    [IMG]
This gives an overview of the ancestors of the owner. This is important to know for the order which comes later (take the book).
Second clue can be found in a note just down the stairs from the corpse above:
This one talks about the virtue Lord Gordan's father valued. Take it for later reference.
The next clue can be found outside in the right-most guard-tower as you come into the entrance of the castle. Climb up and near the top you see another corpse with a note and a key:
The note gives hints as to some of the ancestors of the castle and the virtues they hold dear. Take the note and the key.
Next, go down into the basement (Hole below the stairs in main hall):
Then use the key to enter the cell:
Here you will find another note from Lord Gordan talking about the virtue his grandfather valued.
You now have some pieces of the puzzle, but not enough to solve it. It is time to go exploring.

Time to go exploring further into the swamp. Head to Loc: (-36.2, 18.8, 87.6) where you will find a mud hutt
    [IMG]
Inside you will find the next clue on the table next to an elf corpse (Sorry, I already lifted it here, however it should be next to this corpse), which talks about one of the ancestors virtue:
Last clue can be found at the swamp village Loc: (171.6, 18.1, 397.4):
In the hut at the very top, there is another book on the table which describes the virtue of the last ancestor you need to know:

Ok, reading through the clues you have you should work out that the following:
    Lord Solas: Justice
    Lord Luag: Valor
    Lord Fearghas: Sacrifice
    Lord Mungan: Compassion
    Lord Gordan's Grandfather: Spirituality
    Lord Gordan's Father: Honor

Enter the switches in that order and your way to the treasure is opened:

Spoiler: How to open the Lost Brother's Palace, obtain the Banner of Justice, & obtain the Blessing of Maintenance (25% reduction in the damage inflicted on your weapons, armor, and shields.)

Elysium mines is nested within Twins Foothills. Twins Foothills is on the Island of Elysium.

To solve this puzzle, you must divert the sunlight that is shining down into the mine and focus it on the blue gem that is on top of the Lost Brother's Palace. To divert the light, you must rotate 4 mirrors so that the light reflects off the mirrors and onto the blue gem. The 4 mirrors are located on top of the buildings, and can be reached by climbing vines on the side of the buildings.

If you look up at the mine ceiling, you will see an opening through which the sunlight is shining into the north end of the mine.

    1. Find the first mirror at the north end of the mine (the light from the hole in the ceiling shines down on this mirror; Location -35.5, 11.9, 77.9). Rotate the mirror so that its surface faces south, which will reflect the light beam to the south and onto the 2nd mirror.
    2. Go the 2nd mirror at the south end of the mine (Location: -30.3, 11.9, -96.7). Rotate the mirror so that its surface faces northwest, which will reflect the light beam to the west and onto the 3rd mirror.
    3. Go to the 3rd mirror at the southwest end of the mine (Location: -118.2, 17.4, -99.6). Rotate the mirror so that its surface faces northeast, which will reflect the light beam to the north and onto the 4th mirror.
    4. Go to the 4th mirror at the west end of the mine (Location: -120.8, 17.5, 11.6). Rotate the mirror so that its surface faces southeast, which will reflect the light beam to the east, and onto the blue gem.
    5. Once the light shines on the blue gem, the door to the Lost Brother's Palace will open. The order in which you rotate the mirrors does not matter; the door will open as long as the mirrors are in the correct position.

Inside the Palace there are three coffins.

A few seconds after entering the palace, enemies start appearing in waves (there are 3 waves). The waves include skeletons (~200 hit points each) and ghosts (366 hit points each). In the last wave, the ghost of Tikaios appears (634 hit points, and tough to kill). After each wave, a coffin opens and you can loot the chest inside and the skeleton inside. The chest in the last coffin contains the Banner of Justice.

After the last wave, a glowing aura appears that has a rotating shield inside of it. When you enter the aura, you receive the Blessing of Maintenance: 25% reduction in the damage inflicted on your weapons, armor, and shields. The blessing lasts 3 days.

"While digging some of the deeper tunnels for the Elysium Mines the Satyr miners discovered an elaborate labyrinth with two giant statues looming over the entire complex. Legend has it that the statues are of two brothers and one of the brothers killed the other and that deadly feud is the source of the undead haunting the maze." (from Avatar’s Update #256: The Making of Elysium Mines).

Inside the mine, there are two large statues, and each statue represents a brother (one statue is "Tisis the Vengeful" and the other status is "Tikaios the Just"). The ghost in the palace is "Tikaios", so it appears that "Tisis the Vengeful" killed his brother "Tikaios the Just" (and this is why the final coffin contains "Tikaios the Just" and his Banner of Justice).

    1. First mirror (Location -35.5, 11.9, 77.9) - rotate the mirror so that its surface faces south.
    2. Second mirror (Location: -30.3, 11.9, -96.7) - rotate the mirror so that its surface faces northwest.
    3. Third mirror (Location: -118.2, 17.4, -99.6) rotate the mirror so that its surface faces northeast.
    4. Forth mirror (Location: -120.8, 17.5, 11.6) - rotate the mirror so that its surface faces southeast.

    Zone: Quel Shardfall
Spoiler: How to open the stone sarcophagus treasures

Enter Quel Shardfall (new in Release 52) and travel down the winding path to the shattered tomb. Inside, either path will eventually lead to the sarcophagus room, with a ring of statues around a dry fountain. Note the four pillars int he room, with glowing symbols.

Face the sarcophagus with the four glowing symbols above it (triangles with "horns" and a dot above). Each pillar must be rotated to have these four symbols point inward. Upon the last pillar moving into position, the lid of the sarcophagus will open, revealing a treasure chest. This only seems to contain a small amount of gold.

This sarcophagus is in an antechamber to the west; note the symbols above it (two upward triangles on "top" and two light bulbs on "bottom"). Face the sarcophagus from the first challenge and use it as the top position; Each pillar must be rotated to match. Upon the last pillar moving into position, the lid of the sarcophagus will open, revealing a treasure chest. Again, this only seems to contain a small amount of gold.

PLACEHOLDER: The third and fourth sarchophagus can be found in the statue room; however the ghosts in that room are difficult. I'll update this with the solution to those when I get back there again. (Thanks for the tip, Rinadi)

A final sarcophagus can be found by leaving the pillar room using the northern stairway, turning right at the first path and going down to the statue room. Immediately take a right and enter the small chamber, throw the level to call the elevator, and travel up. The symbols above it are partially covered. Return to the column room and face the sarcophagus from the first challenge and use it as the top position; Each pillar must be rotated to match. The top left symbol which is covered is the same as in the first puzzle (triangle with "horns" and a dot above), the top right is a arrow pointing up, the bottom left is the light bulb symbol from the second puzzle, and the bottom right is the eye on stilts. Upon the last pillar moving into position, the lid of the sarcophagus will open, revealing a treasure chest. This is the "real" treasure, containing gold as well as some gems, potions, and other valuables.

Spoiler: Getting into the Well room under the pyramid & getting the Blessing of Invigoration

Under the pyramid, there are 5 totems. You must place 4 eye-gems into the central totem in order to get the central totem to spin. So, you need to find the 4 eye-gems first.

    Emerald Eye
From the Open Pit Copper Mine (Location: 284.0, 40.2, 437.1), run east and find the elevator that takes you down into the Underground Copper Mine (Location 463.0, 63.3, 421.4).
Take elevator down into the mine. Search for the room with the wooden cart and the green glow, and find the Emerald Eye on the rocks (Location: 459.4, 4.9, 366.0).

    Citrine Eye
In the Elven Fish Hatchery area, find the Fish Hatchery Smokehouse (Location:168.7, 34.7, 152.1). The citrine eye is on a table inside the smokehouse, with a note next to it.

    Ruby Eye
In the Eleven Fish Hatchery area, find the rectangular water tank that has some bubbles arising from the water and a red wheel valve next to it (Location 216.8, 30.7, 243.8).
Turn the red wheel valve and the water tank will drain, revealing the ruby eye. Climb down the ladder to the bottom of the tank and grab the eye.

When the tank is drained, the ruby eye will be visible (see red arrow).

    Amethyst Eye
This Eye is in the caves under the Ancient Pyramid (Location 457.9, 28.6, 131.2), and is sitting on a stone pedestal. When you pick up the amethyst eye from the pedestal, nozzles in the hallways behind you will spray poison gas. However, you can turn off the poison gas: next to the altar with the amethyst, there is a skeleton and a sack on the ground. Grab the sack, put it in your inventory, and then click the pedestal (where the amethyst was) to place the sac on the pedestal. Weighing down the pedestal with the sack will turn off the poison gas nozzles.[IMG]

Under the pyramid, you will find 5 totem poles that are next to a sealed door.

Above the sealed door, there is a plaque that states, "To enter, the old ones must see eye to eye."

The central totem will not rotate until the 4 eye-gems are placed into the totem. Click on the first (lowest) section of the central totem to place the missing amethyst eye into the stone face. Then, click on each of the remaining sections of the central totem to place the ruby, citrine, and emerald eyes.

Now, stand facing the sealed door, and spin each section of the central totem pole so that north facing side of the totem shows the eye pattern below (note: you will be facing south, but you will looking at the north side of the central totem).

For the outer totems, the 1st and 2nd sections rotate together & the 3rd and 4th sections rotate together. Rotate the outer totems so the that eye gems on each outer totem are directly in-line with the eye gems on the central totem (the faces are "seeing eye to eye" as if they are looking in a mirror). Once you have lined up the eyes, the stone door will open and you can enter the inner chamber under the pyramid. Here is an example of how the eyes must mirror each other:

The inner chamber under the pyramid contains:
    1. A golden jaguar statue.
    2. A treasure chest.
    3. The Well of Invigoration (a waterfall into a sink hole)
If you jump into the well, you will fall through into the Sinkhole Chamber, which is in the Underground Copper Mine where you found the emerald eye. Also, jumping into the well gives you the Blessing of Invigoration (+10 healing modifier for 3 days: increases heals & regeneration by 10% and reduces healing debuffs by 10%).

A video by @Mac2 that shows where to find the eyes and how to solve the puzzle.

See how this puzzle relates to Easter Eggs in Blood River Forrest (spoilers ahead!).
