[By design] Paper doll of other players can't be rotated

    Title: Paper doll of other players can't be rotated
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: the paper doll of other players cannot be rotated, even though the mouse pointer changes to the rotation pointer.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try rotating another player's paper doll.

    had they left the scene? i see this on the overworld all the time: i can rotate someone's paperdoll while they're on the map with me, but when they leave it freezes.

    Good catch - I just tested it, and you're right - they must have left the scene - but I had opened the paperdoll right before I guess.

    So I'm not sure what should happen - should the paper doll close if someone leaves the scene, or should it still be rotatable ?
