    Was there a reason it wasn't changed to be front loaded like glancing blow is? They seem to be equivalent skills from both trees.

    Glancing blow at GM offers 64 avoidance for 2 seconds, then 21 avoidance for 52 seconds so you get a "front loaded" benefit to spamming it. I'm assuming this is not the case with Evasion.

    You right, and the reason is light armor users has Dodge. Dodge is the best defensive active skill for light users and avoid (Glancing blow) for heavy armor users.
