[Known] chain lightning hitting twice

    1. Title: chain lightning hitting twice
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: OMG I hope this isn't a bug but chain lightning is hitting targets twice... I have air specialization up to lvl 47. I don't know if it happened from specialization or if was hitting targets twice before... but its AWESOME :)

    if you're on the qa server, use /devbug. /bug brings you to the live release forum, not the qa one.
