2h Spear Wanted

    Dear Devs,

    I am deeply in need of a two-handed spear to fit my avatar's playstyle. I dont mean a pike, and while this glaive comes close, its a bit too bulky and cumbersome (for my RP style).

    A 2H spear would be a most welcome addition. If I may go so far, I would also like it to have a shaft of waxwood, as this style would make use of the weapon very much like the polearm skill is used in game. The little red feathers (from that link) might be too cliché to include in SoTA, but I would totally go for it if they were included as well.

    So yes, a long, lightweight, flexible two-handed spear with a small spearhead please.

    The current polearm aresenal is far too brutush, cumbersome, and unelegant for my avatar's tastes. He only begrudgingly uses the glaive, and has half a mind to switch to swords. Pls dont let that happen!

    But pls oh pls can I get a 2H spear? Im tired of these big goofy clunky polearm weps. I want grace and elegance when I slay my foes!

    Ive always thought of that as a weapon with a hook on it.

    I like the chinese one.

    And I also would appreciate a 2h with spearhead on each end of the pole :)

    And if we're dreaming:
    two poles we could connect to one = 2H

    Just as an axe differs from a hammer and still more from a maul and wildy different from morning star, polearms were historically very different.

    There were one-handed spears, throwing spears, long spears for anti-cavalry, pikes for tight formations, as well as pole axes and polehammera.

    My personal favorite two-handed spear is the partisan. It has a broader blade and protrusions for parrying.

    For anyone looking for a great looking one-handed spear in-game, I highly recommend the bandit spear pattern. It's a bit more rubust and detailed than the standard fare. I got my last one from Sunless Barrens.
