Horatio Speak to Captain Burns

    I have a map indicator pointing to Horatio.
    No entry in journal.
    Nothing to talk to Horatio about.

    No idea on reproduction.
    No way to delete quests that bug.

    Linux client.

    Deleting quests is not possible at the moment,though after launch maybe it will,its all i can say about quests right now.:)

    This is frustrating. I am gathering a lot of compass indications to nothing.

    I have same thing and this apparently affects my ability to get the emote. Can get it. Compass shows Horatio: speak to captain. I did the questline and got the banner, but this one does not clear nor give the emote :(

    Edit: Im on PC.
