Title: Can't move pets anymore by dragging the invisible floor marker?

Details: I can't seem to be able to drag where I know I have a pet placed anymore, to move it on my lot?
Steps to Reproduce Place a deco pet - try and click-drag move the marker where you placed it, to rotate it, or move it to a new spot.

You can r-click the pet to have it back in your pack so you can move it elsewhere on your property.
Learned that the hard way when I got a cat stuck on a rug.

 

That still works, luckily.

 

i assumed it was part of the change to allow them to wander freely, but maybe i shouldn't have!

We changed how this works, since the pets can wander around freely. You'll need to right click on them and pick them up.
