Instrument buffs don't refresh

    If you have a buff from an instrument (say fleet flute, in my case), and it has not yet timed out, and you re-play the instrument, the buff will not refresh to the full time period. I.e., one has to wait for the buff to fully expire before it can be re-applied. This is counter intuitive and does not match how glyphs buffs like dodge, flurry, etc, behave.
