[Known] Defeat Fastus from Eastmarch doesn't complete

    Details: The Defeat Fastus quest from the Eastmarch caretaker doesn't complete. I have killed Fastus several times after taking this quest. I was able to complete the Defeat Fastus and others from the main cities and all the other cabalist quests from other cities.

    This is a known issue. I put in a fix a little while ago that should solve this. The fix should be on the live servers with an upcoming update. (If it's not the very next update, it should be the one after that.)
