MIP slider, LOD and MIP map Performance/Quality option mode.

I noticed the LOD slider can increase FPS daramatically in poor FPS scenes.

I suspect adding sliders to drop MIPs and adjust the MIP-Map distance BIAS would help as well.

Furthermore adding, an option for automatic target FPS settings preferably different for cities and adventuring areas with a routine to auto-adjust the settings based on if the rate is being achieved for the majority of frames (obviously ignoring the 1% of stutter frames.)
