    is not acceptable

I understood that the combination of Ice Field and Ice arrow was causing mobs to become like training dummies and easily taken down B-U-T to make them all just plain out immune to the effect is not the answer.

Mitigating the effects sure but to totally just make is so any time / effort spent training a skill means nothing is just plain wrong.

You are not fixing anything you are just plain destroying skills and their purpose.

You are killing the game from every direction.

Hiya Grumpy! Maybe they will only make it where is doesn't stop a mob but completely, but slows them down to slow walk. One would think the higher the skill the slower the mob would move, but never to a stop. Hopefully they will only mitigate it some.

already done completely immune, and that was a Kobold Brawler, the reaper is also, and I am sure every other high (5> ) is also immune. Broken not fixed.

Again understood that it was OP when combined, but to totally make a skill 100% useless is the WRONG fix.

yeah and eve sadder is you can still "completely" immobilize things, well not totally but I just froze a Champion to the point he had not one chance to hit me. Not a fix in any way shape or form. Just a total knee jerk reaction to a problem.

Sorry but if you can not fix thing you would better serve the propose just leaving them broken.

And again, people assume that I am the only person on the project and all changes are me. :p Seriously though, I suspect this is a bug. Likely you tried to do an AE slow and AE's were broken for a dozen or more different creatures due to an art change.

BTW, I WILL be FIXING slow so you can't slow things to 100% and turn them into training dummies that don't even try to fight back.

Wish speed was (base speed) * ( 100+sum of buffs)/(100+sum of debuffs)

Not sure why speed needs an improvement in the positive direction when I already see people whizzing by me in dungeons at nearly the speed of light. There's something more than the sum of buffs going on that the sum of debuffs isn't fixing.

@Chris need I remind you that you are responsible for all undesirable actions. No credit for things "I" like, of course. That would be unacceptable.
