Bundle Upgrade... time until activation?

    Hi everybody,

    a couple of hours ago i've update my normal account to the Obsiaidan Weapon & Cloak Starter Bundle. Unfortunalty by now I didn't get any items or other benefits (e.g. the free bank slots) from the upgrade. So my question is: how long does it take until the upgrade is available online? Or do I have to claim the update in the game? The upgrade is already available in the "Account" section...
    My bank institute already shows the payment for the upgrade - so from point of view this couldn't be an issue. I've already relogged so this couldn't be the problem either.
