Hoe not losing durability from doing agriculture

    I noticed my (noob) hoe hasn't lost a single point of durability from doing agriculture.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Do agriculture and watch the hoe's durability not going down on sowing, watering and/r harvesting.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16324

    If you are just doing some casual agriculture, you probably won’t ever notice any durability loss.

    I'm no 'hardcore' farmer, whatever that may mean. But I've used the hoe hundreds of times tending to my 180 plants over multiple harvests. Enough to grant me GMs in all 3 agriculture skills.
    During all of it the durability of the hoe stayed unchanged, which is unlike my experience with all other gathering/crafting tools.
