[Info needed] Chat window doubled when whispering

    Title: Chat window doubled when whispering
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    When right clicking someone on friend's list to Whisper - the chat window shows as a doubled chat window.

    Expected - the chat window should not be doubled - it should just put focus on the current chat window.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Open chat window
    2) Open Social window
    3) Right click on online avatar => Whisper
    4) Observe doubled chat window

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.710.Date.12.14.17

    Per our in game convo, looking for the repro for this.
    Since I cannot find out why it is happening so far, if push comes to shove I would reset all your chat settings then reset it back to your preference.
    That may be enough to get us those repro steps if it still happens...
    Oh, click the main cog far right. Window will be titled "Chat Windows Options" Thanks again :)
