[Repro needed] 2.3 Path of Courage - Side Quest --> Journal entry after finishing Milde quest

Journal entry (8/31/2017):
Tell Milde About Her Mother
While in Middle Downs, I solved Mildryd's issue in my own way. When I return to Resolute, I'll let Milde know what transpired with her mother and put all this behind me.


1. What's the reason she tells me "Go away! You're a cowardly monster!"?
2. Why is the Journal entry still there?
3. Klicking "Goodbye" don't work as told in my former bug posts ...

I am not able to repro this I'm afraid. Goodbye seems to be working for me every time with both NPCs. I helped her mother, and she thanked me.
I suspect you got this quest in a prior bugged state. It may be related to the 'goodbye' problem you are facing. Those who get it now should see it working correctly based on my testing.
However, I know this doesn't help you. Did you pay her gold previously, her mother? What did you do exactly in Resolute, if you recall?
I'm not sure why we're getting different outcomes. Anything else unusual come to mind by chance that seems off?

I assume, there is a connection as you told above, that I got the quest in a prior bugged state.
I will try to reset my tasks with the final Release 49 and looking what happens
