    Title: stone 3 story row house stuck on stairs
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (since forever!)
    Blocker? no
    Details: hoping to finally see this bug gone. Stuck spot on the stairs on one of the oldest houses in the game. Minor stuck spot on first lot of stair, but major hard blocks on the stairs leading to the top lvl.
    Steps to Reproduce: run up the stairs, end up running on the spot...
