Can't Place Chandelier

    Details: Unable to place Chandelier on First floor Of 3 Story Row Kobald Home.
    Steps to Reproduce: Tried multiple times on 2 separate accounts to place Chandelier in 2 rooms on the first floor of my 3 Story Row Kobald home.

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6052

    This is the first room I tried to place the Chandelier. no go.

    Main Room on First Floor. Again, unable to place it.

    Part of the problem is the Chandelier seems to go through the Ceiling. So even though that one wall is showing green it won't place because it is through the ceiling.
