    1. Title: Dual monitor spanning issue back
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: After the latest Nvidia chip update, borderless windowed mode once again spans both of my monitors in a dual monitor set up.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Launch the game launcher, click play, game spans both monitors.
    6. User Specs: Intel I7 6700K, Windows 10 Professional 64bit, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070. All drivers up to date.
