It's basically a recurring April Fool's. It might just be for that month, but it's been "Spring" before.

    Thanks @Browncoat Jayson!
Anything else I should add or change?

    Novia: Seasonal Monsters

    Winter (Dec - Feb)

    Krampus (R61)
The Krampus is the latest in our seasonal recurring bosses and takes advantage of the new “nearby power” boss behavior, so be sure to pay attention to his gang of “naughty brat” zombie children before trying to take him down! We recommend not confronting this vile monster before first going to the castle in Central Brittany and getting more information about him from Kinga or Ronin. Mention “Krampus” to either and get a quest that will send you to his home in East Sanctus Forest. But don’t forget North Paladis can be a dangerous region: watch out for a roving encounter full of his naughty brats who’ll ambush you before you reach the home of the Krampus!

    Spring(Mar - May)

    Envy Angel (R63)

Our latest seasonal boss monster missed Valentine’s Day—or Sequanna’s Day, as it is known in Novia—and she’s not happy about it. Well, The Envy Angel is never quite happy about anything really, except perhaps attention from her admirers. Rumor has it that her bow is a powerful artifact. Anyone who wants more information about her should find Hyun the courier in the Necropolis Barrens. People say he was supposed to be delivering love letters but was waylaid as he tried to take a shortcut through the Envy Angel’s home! The courier offers a quest to recover the letters for him. In fact, he may ask avatars to perform a similar quest on a daily basis!

    Summer (Jun - Aug)

    Atavists of Purity (R55)

Some residents of Novia are not pleased with the sudden and voluminous influx of Outlander immigrants. The Atavists of Purity have vowed to rid Novia of the Outlander scourge. “Their houses crowd our fair towns! Their wares compete with those of native Novian merchants!” yells their leader, the Luminous Atavist. He and his lieutenants, the Knight Purifiers, have been known to ambush unwary Outlanders on the road. They are even swelling their ranks with common folks who call themselves Unifiers.

You will find these unwelcoming Novians in the Grunvald region.

    Fall (Sep - Nov)

    Pumpkin Head (R59)

Each harvest season, Novians warn their children to not go into the fields at night because of Pumpkin Head! Kinga or Ronin in Castle Brittany will send you on a quest to slay Pumpkin Head who is rumored to dwell in a pumpkin patch in East Vauban Foothills. Be prepared for a different fight than previous fights you have had in Novia however, as he draws power from the nearby rotting pumpkins! Slay Pumpkin Head and you might gain a powerful Skull Staff artifact.

    Others

Dark Archlapin Of Death And Destruction (R40)

There are rumors of a fell creature of the caves that requires an army to defeat. There is an enchanter, that some may call… Timothy. He can be found in Ardoris and will help guide you further along towards your inevitable doom, er, glory.

    Aether Creatures (R55)
Astronomers across New Britannia have noted that the approaching comet has agitated the creatures of Novia and Hidden Vale, making many bolder and more ferocious. Rumors suggest that the aether surrounding the comet has been mutating some of the most powerful creatures into new monstrous variations. Explorers of the world’s most dangerous regions are reporting sightings of Aether Dragons, Aether Corpions, and even Aether Liches! Woe be to any unwary Avatar who stumbles into their path!

We could really do with some low to mid level variants of these seasonal mobs, many of which drop something reasonably worth having, an artifact or a trophy, and more importantly, some are dailys or at least repeatable.

The current problem as I see it is these are all way to tough for new or even intermediate players, so the opportunity to do dailies is limited to AL 100+ players or Groups.

As the game mechanics are already in the game, why can't we have variants of these named mobs that new, intermediate and solo players can take on?
