[Known] Rug outside bank is glitchy

    Title: New rug outside bank is glitchy and loses its shape and colour
    Reproduction Rate: Only happened on this release as this is its first day in the world! Been glitch since new release came up.
    Blocker? No
    Details: The nice new red rug ( very nice of you to put it in and other town decorations) looses its shape and colour in certain angles, well most angles actually.
    Steps to Reproduce: Look at rug at bank, if its behaving itself, move the camera for a view from another direction.
