Respawn for Destructables

    Things like barrels and crates, which now drop special loot on occasion, don't seem to respawn until the scene resets. This makes locating things very time consuming, especially on lower end computers where load times are very long. Could these respawn while in the scene, even on a very long (20 minute?) timer?

    On a plus side, this would make some town scenes look less like the victim of a roving street gang...
