Same glyph shows differently for different people

    Title: Same glyph shows differently for different people

    Details: I cast a single Ring Of Fire on a Training Dummy. When I do a mouseover on the glyph that it puts on the target, I see one set of values and others in party see different values.
    In the image below you can see what I was seeing and I superimposed a cropp'd screenshot showing what they were seeing.
