    Details/Steps to Reproduce:
    After I found Lieuteneant Sigourney in the abandoned village and was back in the camp, the keyword "ritual master" showed up the first time. Captain Kinsey gave no response to "ritual master" the first time, but after I defeated one ebon dawn ritual and talking to her again, she answered.
