    Title: No cooldown on out of combat skills
    Reproduction Rate: 100% on all of my out f combat skills I have assigned
    Blocker? No - but hugely exploitable
    Details: There is no cooldown on any of my out of combat skills, and I can literally spam them 10 times per second if I press the key fast enough
    Steps to Reproduce: spam out of combat skills

    I could literally cast my summon earth elemental 100 times in 10 seconds, or dash, or night vision, or light, I couls also spam down my imbued potions fast, even playing a music sheet seemed to be able to spam. I could also spam these skills despite the cooldown showing a solid red on the skill. It helped me level my mounted skills really fast lol

    Also - these are skills on the out of combat bar (as opposed to the combat bar which was not bugged) just to be clear

    I'm seeing this as well. Have the Light Spell, Strength of Earth Spell on Hotbar. Click either skill once, immediately click skill again. The heat timer shows, but you can just keep clicking and activating the skill.

    This happens on the overworld map or in an adventure area (Highvale Outskirts).
