    Title: Typed NPC responces appear in local chat
    Reproduction Rate: Tested a couple times before posting here.
    Blocker? No
    Details: If you click the text when talking to a NPC it is fine, but if you type in the words they also get typed in local chat.
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to an NPC and type a responce.

    This is fixed in build 1269. I made a chat window with only local chat on and then spoke to an npc. I manually typed a word then clicked goodbye. I saw no text in the local chat window.
