    Like the deed upgrade but for homes! =D


    Storefront Four-Story (Row Home) to Storefront Greenhouse Four-Story (Row Home) for 1,000 COTO more =D Etc.

    I like the idea, but as a crafter I would like more of a role in the economy in this respect.

    What if homes were made salvageable that have you a rage of percentage of return of material composition with rare drops of better home recipes as the carpenter gains "insightaand inspiration" plus findable recipes and some purchasable one?

    This way there is actually a market for lesser starting houses for us salvagers and people who love to build and upgrade everything they own will have a means of mitigating the cost of upgrading by being able to "reuse well designed structures" as it were in their home improvement projects.
