[Not a Bug] Container Count Wrong

    Title: Container Count Wrong
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Maybe?
    Details: If you put an empty container in a container the max item count listed is 1 less than max (or more if you put more containers in).
    Steps to Reproduce: put a few empty containers in a container.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16348
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043
    SotA.Win.64.819.Date.08.01.18

    Containers in containers use the Top level container #
    So if you but a chest in a chest the inside a chest it counts as one and you can then only put 299 in the inside chest.

    Place 2 chest and then you will see BOTH now have 298 max capacity

    Place 3 and then you will see they have 297

    TOP later is the only # that counts for TOTAL storage.

    You can not place a chest with 300 items inside another chest 299 would be the max
