I'm not sure if these questions have been asked, but in my searching, I have not yet seen the answers, so I will ask them here. I'm hopeful that perhaps a member of the PaxLair Metropolis team or one of the devs can help me to clarify.

As I look to create my own template/backstory for my PoT Hamlet, the following questions came to mind:

    1. If I were to select the Village Pavilion as one of my free Add-On Store Houses, with the intent of setting it up in a similar fashion to the one in Owl's Head with a Crafting Merchant, would I be permitted to set up all the crafting stations in the pavilion? From everything I have seen to date, the devs will be in charge of decorating the NPC Vendor Houses, and Town Owners cannot decorate them, so if I'm using the Pavilion as one, will they be able to decorate it with the stations? Could I add them in?

I know I could set up the Pavilion on my own Village Lot and decorate it with crafting stations, but then I cannot combine it with the Crafting Merchant. I'm trying to combine the 2 ideas and save my Lot Deed, but I'm not sure if it is possible. If not, I may have to consider a different type of Store Building and/or Vendor, so I wanted to ask in advance.

    2. One of the selections for an NPC-Vendor is "Guild Merchant." What exactly does this entail? Would it be like the current in-game Guild Merchants, from whom you register a Guild for 25, 000 gold, and that's it? Or would it be a seller of crafts/items that are created by a pre-existing Guild?

I'd appreciate any feedback I could get - thank you in advance.

the addon houses are perks for the owner, not something you can place on NPC lots.
To place such you'd need a deed.

They have got the Q if town owners can decorate the NPC buildings and they looked reluctant/hesitant.
    So probably not.

I'll come back on this one I know it has been mentioned, think it was in the last hangout.

I want to know if we can use a city lot and put all of our vendors on the same lot. So far it seems that you can only put a vendor on your own lot.

If there are 50 players in a town can we put 50 vendors on one city lot and make a mega vendor center?

Also a good question, Kvow... or can your PoT's citizens' vendors all be placed in the Town Square?

It was mentioned that perhaps there would be a player vendor area, but that is about it, not sure if they will or when they will do it if they do. It is just another one of zillions of questions we have lol. I hope we have a great townsquare in towns with a lot going on.:)

This is an ongoing, long open, question that I've had. There has been a promise of the ability to establish central markets, but no information on how that will be accomplished.

We do not have updated information for POT's, AFAIK Winfield plans on talking to them about that this coming Wednesday. Hopefully we'll have some answers.

    We'll see.

"will guild merchant for POT have other functions than buying a guild"
    so the answer was

    "long term
    change parameters
    declare wars
    guild specific items, gear, banners
    guild buildings
    guild storage"
    see Aug-Sep for guild features.
