Stationary skills render deck inaccessible in water

    Title: deck inaccessible/water bug
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes
    Details: Using stationary skills (silent movement, earthquake, reveal hidden, etc) mid-air while jumping into water renders non-combat deck inaccessible, including the ability to enter combat mode. It does not appear to affect the cast while moving types of skills but I only tested a few.
    Steps to Reproduce:

    I tested this in Greymark Forest and Jaanaford. Find an elevated position where you can jump into the water - so that your avatar lands completely in the water. Jump into the water, and at the height of your jump, use a stationary skill such as Silent Movement, Earthquake, Torpor, etc. This will cause your avatar to drop immediately into the water.

    If you're using a skill from the non-combat deck, when you get out of the water you'll be bugged. If you're in combat mode while casting the spell, you'll be returned to non-combat mode and none of your skills will be accessible. This seems to last forever. It can be reset by logging out and Resuming. If you try eating food by right clicking it in your inventory the chat window will say 'You are already performing another action'

    I have reproduced the above without water as well, by jumping high enough to take damage while casting a spell. I will further test to make sure I can reproduce it.
